1 am and 75 degrees. Hydroid growth on the YO wreck just off Waikiki looks like fireworks. Happy New Year to all! I'm going to bed. I'm too old to stay up this late.
And I had too many children and not enough babysitters to stay up for it. But, I did get up early, because, hey, that's when I can enjoy some peace and quiet and a cup of coffee uninterrupted.
If you're looking for a horse book, would you be interested in a sci fi book called Horse Passages? It's about horses that can travel through the galaxy, and the herders who follow them... :-) www.horsepassages.com
Hey, Sam, I looked at the Horse Passages website and it was pretty cool. Is it published yet? You might want to take a look at the LUNA line over at
eHarlequin.com
There's a fantasy series there. One of the books is called 'Mountain's Call.' Sounds similar to Horse Passages, except that it's medieval fantasy. The other book that came to mind was 'Acorna's Children.' Can't remember the author! Science fiction. It's vital to know where a novel will fit in when searching for agents and publishers, I've learned.

Happy New Year! I know what you mean about being too old to stay up. I just don't have the energy I used to- by midnight, I'm ready to go to sleep!
