Tooloose is over the moon. He got his very own Tiny Tooloose for Christmas so it's really quite impossible for him to work on his manuscript. He's busy carrying T.T. around. Grooming him. Trying to get him to eat (he's quite finicky).
But the UK edition of LOTTERY is out now! YIPPEE SKIPPEE!
And it's been chosen as the TESCO BOOK CLUB SELECTION for January 09!!!
The paperback of LOTTERY: The fortunes and misfortunes of Perry L. Crandall was released in the UK on January 1, 2009.
Lots to do. Lay in the sun. Swim. Listen to the waves lap against ORION while sipping a glass of wine. Thinking of all my relatives and friends slogging through the snow...
Oh yeah, and those other things...like New Year's resolutions...

OH MY GOD! You are THAT Patricia Wood! I just started reading your book "Lottery" today! That is so weird!!!! I'm totally liking it by the way! I'm so anxious for Perry -- I hope you lead him through it! I'm guessing maybe you saw that on my book blog but I don't know! WOW! I am just so amazed. I can honestly say this has never happened to me before.

The new cover is AWESOME! Tooloose reminds me of my daughter's cat--a certifiable beanie-baby-destroyer. He has a thing for flip-flops too.
I'm ready to be a gushing fan--again. So, when are you going to finish the next book? I have a short list of hard-back authors (that would be authors I BUY in hardback), and every one of them is writing TOO slowly!!! C'mon, I'm starving here!
