HINT #1: It's NOT HERE...
So where am I? The state of confusion? The place of no return? The depth of despair? The pinnacle of euphoria?
It ain't Kansas that's for sure.
And it's not Hawaii.
HINT #2: I spent 2 hours shoveling cold wet white stuff out of a driveway.
AND consuming mass quantities of hot buttered rum which to a sailor is mother's milk.
HINT#3: Tooloose is nowhere to be found!
So bloggers guess away. The answer and more pictures to follow tomorrow!

I want some hot buttered rum.
Judging from my brother's frantic messages about not being able to walk out his front door, I am judging you are in the Seattle area.
(See, someone pays attention to where you set your novels...)
Wet white stuff? Not visiting Holly Kennedy then, I'm willing to bet her white stuff is dry and fluffy.
Not in Ottawa either, or I'd be getting an autograph.
I'll go with Washington State too, visiting relatives for Christmas.
I think we should all FORGET where we are and go to that picture! Sure looks better than the refinery parking lot outside my window right now.
Snow and cocktails - sounds like Vegas to me! Mind you, I'm it snowed in a lot of places this weekend in the US - just that LV made the news here in Germany. You could be here, we have snow, and good cuban bars....who knows! Bet Tooloose is lonesome, tonight.
I'll guess New York.
Snow? Driveway?
Somewhere in Washington.
Lake Tahoe would have both snow and buttered rum and lots of water to put the boat in...although I guess you'd have to dodge the ice along the shore?
I'd guess the Northwest, as my brother also found himself shoveling unexpectedly; however, we in the Northeast are also doing the same. Well, we own snowblowers once past a certain age, truth be told. And I think a hot buttered rum is a fabulous idea! Happy holidays, wherever you are! (And to Tooloose!)

Portland, OR?
I wish I was at that first picture. That's where I want to be.
I have no guesses but I am wishing you a wonderful holiday season and a very happy new year where I will get to read your new book sometime real soon!
Peace,
E
Washington State, of course.
Hmmm.....I'm guessing you're not shoveling margaritas off a bar.
Hmmm, I'd have to guess the Pacific Northwest. Possibly Seattle or thereabouts. Couldn't be Nebraska or you'd be busy chipping away at the ice on the driveway.
Wherever you are, Merry Christmas!
Are you visiting AW?
