WE INTERRUPT THIS PROGRAM...

Time to haul out...

This is from a previous haul out. Time to do it again. ORION needs some cosmetic work. We're thinking breast implants, maybe a tummy tuck, possibly tattoo eyeliner...
The girl needs her hull cleaned.
I will be in internet withdrawal over the next several days.
For my contest? To win an autographed copy of the paperback LOTTERY? The one you all entered about how a galley remodel is like writing a novel?
I need you to email me your entries at :
Patricia at patriciawoodauthor.com
The contest will continue until we get back into the water.
I will be able to access my email and that's about it. I plan to get LOTS of writing, stainless cleaning, deck swabbing done.
IF I can steal wireless I will blog and post photos of the haul out.
Otherwise you'll have to wait for a recap.
Wish ORION luck.
Roger that.
Over and OUT.

Have fun swinging in the wind! I hope you've got enough food to stay up there for as long as it takes (tee-hee).

What? No googling yourself? What about the cats? Are they happy having their home up in the air?

I saw this Eleanor Roosevelt quote today and thought it quite appropriate to share here:

"A woman is like a tea bag- you never know how strong she is until she gets in hot water."

Good luck with Orion 'out' of the water. Living by the sea I witnessed many coming out in Fall, at the end of the ski season - and it was somehow so sad to see them beached and stationary. Happy tinkering!

Well we are out of the water and as Keith would say,
"On the hard and on jacks!"
